I am opening up commissions to raise money for my missions trips to Nicaragua and Ethiopia. I am so excited to be able to go to these countries. In Ethiopia being an orphan is all too common. My team will be going to an orphanage in Addis Ababa where they have so many children some of them never get to held. The staff is spread thin and they are in need of relief. We will also be going to the villages in Ethiopia and providing food, and basic needs. I am a christian and I don't want to go and make people feel unloved and hurt more I want to share with them the hope of Jesus. Maybe you don't believe in God but we are meeting practical needs as well. My heart is overwhelmed by these trips.
In Nicaragua we will be doing similar things. This trip will be slightly different though because I will be a team leader for 6th - 8th graders. I love that I will be able to pour into the lives of these middle schoolers and I am honored that the school where they go allowed me to help lead.
Nicaragua I only need to raise $475 more. The trip dates are March 16-21
Ethiopia is $3,499. The dates for this trip are July
